EXECUTIVE SESSION*

    1. CALL TO ORDER – Mark Kendall, Mark Miller, Paulette Stark, Kristie Foss, JoAnne Linnemann, Sue Campbell & Sunie Kendall @ 1910. 
    2. ADDITIONS TO ADVANCE AGENDA/ORDER OF THE DAY -
    3. REVIEW/CORRECTIONS, IF ANY/APPROVAL OF MINUTES -
    4. SECRETARIES REPORT-JOANNE LINNEMANN – Secretary will announce what council positions are open every meeting and bring copies of unaccepted/unapproved minutes.  
    5. TREASURER'S REPORT-TOMMY TUCKER – excused absence.
    6. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS/UPDATES
      • COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL & SUBDIVISION-MARK KENDALL – Haven’t received anything – no notices out.
      • COMMUNICATIONS- SUE CAMPBELL – Website will be and needs to be updated – any council member notice a mistake, let other council members know and someone will repair.  829-1111 – Catalina Village Council phone number.   www.catalinaaz.org  Poster’s in Block Busters, Subway, MinuteMart, Circle K, Basha’s.   Kristie is going to contact Ann Leonard at Catalina  radio station.   Paulette will get ad in the Saddlebrook monthly newspaper. 
      • FINANCE-MARK MILLER – Basha’s has a royalty number with small % to the Village Council – Sue and Mark will take care of this.  
      • LONG RANGE PLANNING- TOMMY TUCKER – not in attendance – Mark Miller had a discussion with Tommy about this – need committee to gather interested folks in town.  
      • COMMUNITY RELATIONS- KRISTIE FOSS – Planning on doing flyers for sites mentioned above.  
    7. AGENDA FOR UPCOMING SESSION AND PROPOSED CHANGE TO START TIME -
    8. ARROYO GRANDE- UPCOMING MEETINGS BY ORO VALLEY AND STATE TRUST LAND DEPARTMENT – Name of the 12 sq mile area that the State Trust Land is proposing to auction off west of Oracle Road to the County Line – on the Oro Valley Town council agenda 16th January and an open house at Oro Valley on the 22nd of January.   22nd is the date of our general session.   Open house 6-8 pm – we think it’s important to let all residents know about the meeting because it will impact the Catalina area.   Bylaws require us to hold meeting on 4th Tuesday of the month – propose we move the meeting to 5pm, for 30 minutes and adjourn meeting and go to Oro Valley at 6pm.  Auditorium would be available unless the carpet job is still in progress.   Possibly changing location if auditorium is unavailable.   Finalized meeting at 5pm at SIL unless unavailable and then the location would be announced via email.   Make ˝ page flyers on meeting dates – both Oro Valley and ours, and new website and new information line.
